Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will perform in-person tax return preparation, offer tax advice, and help grow the local client base while building enduring customer relationships.

The role requires an active EA/CPA/attorney license, PTIN, and at least 3 years of hands-on tax return experience. You must be comfortable working a minimum of 20 hours per week onsite and wearing a TurboTax uniform.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally and serving as a face of TurboTax.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future planning advice.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via available tools.
