Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation, advisory services, and local community engagement at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve customers in-person, leveraging tax software and market-leading tools to deliver accurate tax solutions and build lasting client relationships.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Give hands-on tax advice and prepare tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Use government resources and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions.
• Provide personalized tax guidance and future planning in everyday language.
• Build long-term client relationships and contribute to local community growth.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools; address inquiries.
