You will provide full-service tax preparation, personalized advice, and software support to in-person customers, helping them navigate tax needs and build lasting relationships in the local community. You will be a trusted advisor, representing TurboTax, growing the client base, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while leveraging marketing support and tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney).
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses/certificates/permits/bonds obtainable.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and professional tax practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Grow local client base and build long-term relationships with community.
• Assist with local marketing and outreach to attract new clients.
• Address complex tax situations with professional software and guidance.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions and clear, everyday language explanations.
