Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking experienced TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will perform full-service tax preparation, offer tax advice, and support customers in a front-facing retail environment while building local client relationships. The role emphasizes community engagement, leveraging marketing support and software tools to grow the local client base.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite work at TurboTax location, 20 hours per week minimum, Sundays-Saturdays.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for diverse tax situations.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
