Job summary

Intuit is seeking Tax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. As a trusted advisor, you’ll provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while growing the local client base and delivering excellent customer experiences.

You will engage with customers in person, leverage marketing support, and maintain a strong presence in the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 1040 tax returns (federal and state).
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and nurturing leads.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
