Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will prepare tax returns, give expert advice, and build relationships within the local community to grow the client base.

Responsibilities include hands-on tax services, leveraging marketing support, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while wearing a TurboTax uniform.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/Attorney license required and PTIN on file.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and state licenses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax preparation and advice at a TurboTax location.
• Develop local client relationships and expand community presence.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions and guidance using TurboTax tools.
• Assist customers with inquiries and ensure a positive experience.
