Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will work on-site, provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support for in-person customers, building long-term relationships in the local community.

You will be a trusted advisor, leveraging TurboTax resources to help clients maximize refunds and plan for future taxes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients.
