Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will provide tax return preparation, advice, and software support, while building local relationships and driving client loyalty.

Expect a front-facing role with a customer-first mindset and opportunities to grow your local presence. You will connect with customers using TurboTax tools, participate in local marketing, and maintain professional standards in a retail

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador and engage with locals.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
