Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will work onsite, providing full‑service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in‑person customers.

Join a collaborative team of financial experts, grow your local client base, and help customers achieve positive financial outcomes while representing TurboTax in the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday–Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front‑facing retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources, professional tools, and team expertise.
• Grow TurboTax client base in the local community through outreach and marketing efforts.
• Create a positive customer experience by communicating clearly and maintaining professionalism.
