Intuit, Inc. is seeking experienced TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, building long-term relationships with clients and supporting local marketing efforts. The role emphasizes community engagement, client growth, and a high standard of customer service, with flexibility to serve Sundays through Saturdays and a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience with professional, empathetic service.
