Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, building long-term client relationships and contributing to local community growth. You will represent TurboTax locally, engage prospects, and drive a positive experience for customers while leveraging marketing support and tools to grow your client base.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and building long-term client relationships.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers across personal and business scenarios.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and a focus on helping clients achieve financial goals.
