Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Retail Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will prepare tax returns, provide tax advice, and support customers with TurboTax products while building local relationships.

You will grow the client base through community engagement, marketing support, and a customer-first approach in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season.

Responsabilités

• Represent TurboTax locally and be the public face in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
