Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve in-person customers, provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice, and help grow TurboTax’s client base in the community.

You’ll engage with clients in a front‑line retail environment, use TurboTax tools, and support local marketing efforts while building long-term relationships. This is a non-exempt, on-site role with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must reside within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government websites, professional tools, and team expertise.
