Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide.

You will leverage tax expertise to prepare returns, advise on deductions, and provide software support, while building local client relationships and driving community engagement. You will work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, with a minimum of 20 hours per week and a uniform.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future tax planning guidance.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources, professional tools, and team expertise in clear, everyday language.
