Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while helping customers navigate their tax needs in a friendly, local setting. Qualified candidates hold active tax licenses (EA/CPA/attorney), are comfortable in a front-facing retail role, and can work Sundays–Saturdays with at least 20 hours per week.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite Sunday–Saturday (≥20 hrs/week).
• Interest in building local/online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.

• Engage with new prospects and convert them into long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts to make taxes approachable.
