The role emphasizes in-person service, local presence, and a commitment to delivering highly personalized tax solutions while leveraging marketing and software tools to build a thriving community practice.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, or bonds as required.

Responsabilidades

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and foster long-term client relationships.
