Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, providing full-service tax return preparation and expert advice.

You will engage with customers in-person, build local client relationships, and support marketing efforts to grow TurboTax’s presence in the community. This non-exempt, on-site role offers a collaborative team environment and opportunities to help clients achieve financial prosperity.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare taxes for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Interact with customers in person and via Intuit video tools.
