Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation and tax advice for in-person customers, use TurboTax tools, and help grow the local client base while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience with deep knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.

Aufgaben

• Be the proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally, engaging with prospects and converting them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and genuine interest in helping clients achieve financial goals.
