Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with the local community to grow TurboTax’s client base.

Applicants should hold an active EA/CPA/attorney license, a valid PTIN, and be prepared to work onsite across California locations. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Competenze

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required.
• PTIN required to file taxes by law.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, minimum 20 hours per week.

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers, including complex situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify deductions and maximize refunds.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients.
