Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States, delivering tax preparation, advisory services, and software support to walk-in customers.

You’ll build local client relationships, drive community outreach, and participate in marketing efforts while upholding Intuit’s customer-first standards and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location in the US, Sundays-Saturdays, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to build local/community presence and create tax-related content per policy.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex tax situations.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with a focus on trust, financial goals, and long-term relationships.
• Interact with customers on-site and via TurboTax tools, addressing inquiries and tax challenges.
