Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax - Retail Expert to serve on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support to in-person customers. You will be a proactive community ambassador, growing the local client base, nurturing relationships, and leveraging TurboTax resources to deliver accurate solutions and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and related state licenses/certifications.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays through Saturdays, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds and offer future tax planning guidance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships through in-person interactions and community engagement.
