Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will perform full-service tax preparation, provide tax advice, and build local client relationships while expanding TurboTax’s community presence. Ideal candidates hold an active EA/CPA/attorney license with 3+ years of 1040 experience, are comfortable in a front-facing retail role, and can work 20+ hours weekly including weekends in a dynamic, supportive

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must hold PTIN to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as required.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Comfortable working onsite a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and guidance for TurboTax customers.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations with professional software.
• Run discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Grow the client base through local outreach and marketing support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via video tools.
