You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support in-person while growing your local client base and representing TurboTax in the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years with 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team expertise.
• Create an exceptional customer experience to build long-term relationships.
