Job summary

Intuit, Inc. searches for TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide tax preparation, advice, and software support while building local relationships and driving client loyalty.

This on-site, non-exempt role focuses on delivering accurate tax solutions, mentoring customers, and expanding Intuit’s presence in the community through proactive outreach and local marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted professional license (EA/CPA/attorney) preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as needed.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers across simple to complex scenarios.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources, professional tools, and team support.
• Assist clients in tax planning and future-year planning.
