Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail Expert team.

You will provide hands-on tax return preparation and expert tax guidance to customers at on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, delivering a high-quality, personalized service. In this role you’ll grow your local client base, engage with the community, and collaborate with marketing resources to make taxes approachable.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan future taxes.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Lead local marketing efforts with TurboTax support to grow the client base.
