Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as year-round Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation and provide tax advice using TurboTax products, helping customers navigate their tax needs with a client-centric approach.

You will work on-site, grow the local TurboTax client base, and participate in community engagement while leveraging marketing support to build

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador and grow TurboTax client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person.
