Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN needed to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230; onsite 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work front-facing retail.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
