Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail Expert team, serving customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, building long-term client relationships in the local community. You’ll act as a proactive community ambassador, growing the local client base with assistance from TurboTax marketing and tools, while delivering an exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience with 30+ returns.
• Comfortable working onsite at TurboTax retail/flagship locations, 20+ hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and marketing support.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Engage customers in-person and via TurboTax tools and CRM.
• Address client inquiries and assist with tax-related challenges.
