Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and client advisory at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work with a team of tax and financial specialists to deliver end-to-end service and client growth in your local community.

The role emphasizes hands-on tax advisory, building relationships, and connecting clients to Intuit’s broader ecosystem, with on-site hours and potential for growth within the Intuit network.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training from Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete required training and development as determined by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local/social presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador, growing the client base and organizing events.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) as appropriate.
• Build long-term relationships by delivering a seamless, end-to-end experience.
• Ensure a best-in-class customer experience through professional service and clear communication.
