Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will serve as a trusted guide for clients, offering in-person and virtual support, building a local client base, and coordinating with a broader team of specialists to deliver an end-to-end TurboTax experience. The role emphasizes community engagement, growth of local clientele, and leveraging marketing tools to expand TurboTax

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete all training and development as required by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable using your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to create repeat business.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professional service and clear communication.
