Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States, providing full-service tax return preparation and expert advice while coordinating with specialists for a seamless client experience.

You will help grow TurboTax’s local client base, build long-term relationships, and support community engagement with marketing tools. Uniforms and training are provided, with a focus on outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attny with strong tax prep exp and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office; 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete all training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Interested in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, referrals, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, planning, or Credit Karma as needed.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with cross-team collaboration.
