Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide expert tax advice and complete returns, while growing a local client base and coordinating with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end services.

You’ll engage with clients in person and virtually, support complex tax scenarios, and participate in community outreach activities to build lasting relationships and brand trust.

Formación

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 1040 returns with professional software.
• Willing to be onsite and participate in community growth programs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete returns for clients, from simple to complex.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Bridge clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within Intuit.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Engage customers in person and via Intuit video tools, guiding them end‑to‑end.
