Intuit is hiring a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, combining tax expertise with community outreach. You will handle hands-on tax preparation, provide advisory guidance, and collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours per week minimum.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients (personal and business income, deductions, amendments).
• Grow local client base via outreach, events, and partnerships; be the local face of TurboTax.
• Bridge clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via TurboTax tools.
