Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while collaborating with a broader team of tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists to deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow TurboTax client base through community engagement and outreach.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to serve clients end-to-end.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and clear tax guidance in everyday language.
• Represent the local TurboTax office in community events and marketing efforts.
