Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice, complete return preparation, and connect clients with the full Intuit ecosystem.

You will help individuals and small businesses while building a thriving local practice at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will work with a team of tax professionals, engage in community outreach, and leverage Intuit marketing tools to grow a local client base.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ 1040s per season using professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• onsite 8:00–17:00, Mon-Fri, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be featured in advertising.
• Interest in building local and online presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with broader Intuit team to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Maintain onsite presence at a TurboTax location in the United States.
