INTUIT, INC. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to join on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax expertise, guide clients through complex scenarios, and help build a local client base with community outreach.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax services, offering in-person and virtual support, while growing your local presence and promoting TurboTax solutions throughout the community.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with pro software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Support complex tax scenarios including business income and amendments.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end service.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience in person and virtually.
