Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and personalized tax advice at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work onsite, engage with clients, and coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax support in a community‑oriented role. You will build local relationships, grow the client base, and leverage TurboTax tools and marketing support to deliver a superior customer experience while expanding services like

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, at least 20 hours per week
• Must complete all required training and development
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations
• Be a proactive community ambassador and grow a local client base through outreach and events
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services
• Build lasting relationships with clients and maintain a trusted local presence
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and assist clients using advanced TurboTax tools
