Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return prep, tax advice, and software support to both in-person and virtual clients, collaborating with a broader team of specialists.

You’ll grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships, acting as the local face of TurboTax. The role emphasizes relationship building, year‑round support, and leveraging Intuit resources

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week.
• Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name/image for advertising.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations, including personal and business income and amendments.
• Lead local growth through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via video tools.
