Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site teams at new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support in person with clients.

As a local ambassador, you’ll grow the client base, build long-term relationships, and coordinate with specialists to deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience—while helping customers achieve positive financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent or CPA or attorney with tax prep experience
• Active PTIN to file taxes required
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return prep experience (30+ returns)

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income and deductions
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and participate in outreach
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to deliver year‑round support
• Build long-term client relationships and ensure a seamless end-to-end experience with the right experts
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professional service and clear communication
