Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice and full-service preparation for a range of tax situations, while growing the local client base and delivering a premier customer experience. You will collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end support, staying connected with clients and community partners for year‑round

Competenze

• Experience preparing a wide range of individual and business tax returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 tax rules.
• Willing to upskill into additional tax service areas with training.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare TurboTax clients' returns, handling personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Build long-term client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional tax specialists to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
