Job summary

Intuit is seeking experienced TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while coordinating with specialists for a complete financial picture.

You will grow local client bases, foster relationships, and represent TurboTax in the community, delivering an exceptional customer experience with in-person and video interactions.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep knowledge preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, min 20 hours/week.
• Must complete required training and development as determined by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and allow name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual EN/ES a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and engage in outreach.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via virtual tools.
