Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and end-to-end preparation at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will work with a team to grow local client base and connect clients with related Intuit services, including bookkeeping and payroll.

The role emphasizes in-person and virtual support, a strong service mindset, and the ability to build lasting client relationships within the community.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients with related services like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build relationships with clients to turn transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and care.
