Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts at one of our locations in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax prep, advice, and software support, serving both in-person and virtual clients while building local relationships and collaborating with a network of Intuit specialists.

Role emphasizes growth of the local client base, community engagement, and using TurboTax tools to deliver a seamless end-to-end experience with Tax professionals.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience, filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem partners for holistic advisory services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and virtually.
