Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You will help grow the local TurboTax client base, engage the community, and deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience, both in person and through digital tools.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040s with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230; willingness to upskill in related services.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Assist in-person and via video tools to support clients’ tax needs.
