Job summary

Intuit seeks self-motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare taxes on-site, advise clients, and collaborate with a team of specialists. You will grow a local client base, deliver tailored tax solutions, and connect customers with Intuit’s ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll services.

The role emphasizes community engagement, client relationships, and a year-round presence at a TurboTax location in the United States.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state returns using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, weekdays, 20+ hours weekly.
• Complete training and development as determined by the business; wear uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services as needed.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences with a client-centric approach.
• Build long-term relationships and represent TurboTax in the community.
