Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to prepare tax returns, provide expert tax advice, and support clients at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work on-site with a team of financial professionals, handling personal and business tax scenarios, and helping clients maximize refunds while planning for the future.

Role includes connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, building a local client base, and delivering a best-in-class customer

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Upskilling into bookkeeping, payroll, or tax advisory with training provided.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns.
• Meet with clients in-person and virtually to review and plan taxes.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with related Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
