Job summary

Intuit is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax prep, expert guidance, and personalized service to individuals and small businesses at local TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, collaborate with a team of specialists, and grow the local client base while connecting clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, etc.).
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and lead local events with marketing support.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning for year-round support.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and referrals.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professional service and clear communication.
