Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, providing hands-on tax preparation and advisory services to individuals and small businesses.

You will collaborate with a team of tax professionals, expand the local client base, and help clients navigate life events with personalized tax planning using Intuit tools.

This nonexempt, onsite role offers growth opportunities and a strong pay-for-performance structure across various U.S. regions.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials preferred with strong tax preparation knowledge.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office location and participate in training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and address tax inquiries.
