Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax returns, and collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless client experience.

You will act as a community ambassador, build local client relationships, and drive growth with the support of TurboTax marketing tools. Strong tax knowledge and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Att'y with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base and build long-term relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via digital tools.
