Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver expert tax preparation and personal financial guidance at local TurboTax locations. You will work closely with a team of specialists to serve in-person and virtual clients, building long-term relationships and expanding the local client base.

You will provide personalized tax advice, engage with communities through workshops and events, and leverage Intuit resources to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA preferred; strong tax knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory with training by Intuit.
• Onsite office presence at TurboTax location; 20+ hours/week, weekdays.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem for broader services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via virtual tools.
